We are looking for a junior SAP specialist who wants to strengthen an established SAP team focused on support and stable operations. The team works with daily monitoring, documentation, change management, and second line support in a complex system environment. The working method is agile according to SAFe, and deliveries are made in sprints within a Release Train.

• Perform daily system and interface monitoring, troubleshoot and manage system flows, including reprocessing of interfaces.
• Troubleshoot, correct, and administer IDocs and ensure correct master data and relevant info records.
• Manage user administration, including creating and maintaining user accounts in relevant systems.
• Support intercompany and invoicing processes, such as handling credit notes, corrections between countries, and creating and adjusting invoices.
• Ensure correct pricing information by checking price interfaces and validating future price dates.
• Handle incidents and deviations by investigating accounting discrepancies, correcting erroneous bookings, and following up on deviations related to pricing and system data.

• At least 1 year of experience in SAP user support.
• Good understanding of troubleshooting in SAP flows.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience with SAP EWM, SD, and/or MM.
• Experience working in agile teams or according to SAFe.
• Experience in master data management or interface monitoring.
